Where healing hands meet
the rhythm of the horse
Certified Equine Sports Massage Therapy delivered to your barn. Personalized bodywork sessions to restore comfort, improve movement, and deepen the horse–rider connection.
Targeted therapy that helps your horse move freer, work harder, and reach their full athletic potential.
Post-competition and post-exercise sessions to reduce soreness, flush tension, and speed restoration.
Deep, calming bodywork that reduces stress, builds trust, and nurtures your horse's overall well-being.
Equine sports massage therapy is the skilled, hands-on manipulation of soft tissues — muscles, fascia, and connective tissue — to promote healing, reduce pain, and improve range of motion. Unlike veterinary care, bodywork addresses the muscular and connective tissue patterns that develop from work, stress, and repetitive movement.
Horses that receive regular bodywork sessions often show improved posture, more willingness under saddle, better topline development, and a measurable reduction in behavioral issues rooted in physical discomfort.
"A horse that feels good performs well — and a horse that performs well, thrives."
Every session is fully customized to your horse's needs — no cookie-cutter routines, just attentive, responsive hands-on care.
A comprehensive head-to-tail session assessing and treating the whole horse. Ideal for first-time clients or as a regular maintenance treatment for overall well-being.
A targeted warm-up session designed to activate muscles, improve circulation, and get your horse mentally and physically primed for competition day.
Flush lactic acid buildup, address acute soreness, and support faster recovery after strenuous competition or training to keep your horse feeling their best.
Concentrated work on a specific problem area — neck, back, hindquarters, or shoulders — to address chronic tension, compensatory patterns, or acute discomfort.
Ongoing scheduled sessions to maintain peak condition, catch developing issues early, and build a cumulative benefit that improves your horse's long-term soundness.
Combining Hannah's dual expertise in equine nutrition and bodywork for a fully integrated approach to your horse's health — inside and out.
My relationship with horses began at age four, and every year since has deepened my understanding of how they move, think, and feel. Having competed in eventing, trained in dressage, and explored hunter/jumpers and reining, I know firsthand how physical discomfort limits a horse's potential — and how transformative proper bodywork can be.
I founded Steady Stride because I believe every horse deserves hands-on care that goes beyond what can be seen — to truly feel what's happening beneath the surface.
As a certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist and equine nutritionist, I offer something rare: a practitioner who addresses the whole horse. Whether I'm treating a tight back or designing a feeding plan, my goal is always the same — a horse that is comfortable, thriving, and able to do what they love.
